EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Programs are an incredible way to provide people of all ages with knowledge about the Birds of Prey that one may actually encounter right here in the New England area.  There are a wide variety of Raptors living locally! We can help you learn how to identify some of the more common residents through one of our basic Programs.

Join A PLACE CALLED HOPE, Inc. to experience a live Bird of Prey show.  Each program is presented by trained volunteers who will share One to Four Raptors and a segment on the Environment.  You will learn about each species and what you can do to help protect and preserve our natural world.   Human vs Wildlife encounters are becoming more common as we expand and build upon our Wildlifes territory.  We will provide some simple tips on how to co-exist with nature more successfully.

Programs are a unique and fun way to learn!  We cater our programs to each specific age group.  For younger audiences, we read aloud from special books and introduce children to our smaller raptors.  We will adjust our programs to fit your specific needs or interests.   In Connecticut, we will travel to provide you with an up close experience involving live Birds of Prey.

Our programs are designed to enhance Birthday Parties, Garden Clubs, Scout Meetings, Home-Schooling Groups, Library events, Festivals, Classroom and Auditorium School events, just to name a few!  Contact us soon to book a program today!  All donations acquired from each Educational Program go directly to the necessary shelter, food, medical care, and upkeep involved with providing for these magnificent Birds. We thank you in advance. The Birds thank you too.
