Vendor Info
If you are interested in joining us, please do so by emailing hope4raptors@yahoo.com or filling out the form below to register your group. Nature themed, so if this fits you, you are welcome to participate!
Vendors will be asked to bring their own set ups. Tents, tables, chairs etc. but will only pay a $25 donation to APCH birds to attend. We are also asking each vendor to offer one item of any value for our door prizes. Informational booths will not be charged a set fee, but will be asked to make a donation.
Set up will take place prior to the public and we ask that you arrive by 11 am the latest and 10 the earliest. If there is rain, all will set up under the pavilion. If no rain, the fields are sprawling! You may drive up to unload items and then must park in lot.
